Silia a travaillé avec des chorégraphes de renommée mondiale et a été sélectionnée pour la ImmaBeast Dance Company à Los Angeles, a dansé avec Stephen tWitch Boss au Jennifer Hudson Show et a été présenté dans un documentaire sur la danse produit par Taboo des Black-Eyed Peas.
Elle a également joué le rôle principal, Zoe, dans son premier court métrage « Pearly Gates » et a travaillé sur divers projets télévisés pour la chaine Nickelodeon, apparaissant notamment comme animatrice.
